Georgia shooters delivered strong performances at the recent Virginia and Kentucky State Shoots this past week, earning multiple titles with skill and precision.
At the Kentucky State Shoot, Rory Lee led the way in the Junior category, scoring a perfect 200/200 in Singles to take the Junior Champion title. He also secured the Non Resident High All Around (HAA) Junior title with a 394/400. In Championship Doubles, Joseph Oleary earned the Non-Resident SubVet Champion title with a 99/100.
At the Virginia State Shoot, Ethan Ledford represented Georgia well among non-residents. He achieved a 200/200 in Singles to win the Non-Resident Singles Champion title. Ledford also claimed the Non-Resident Handicap Champion title with a 95/100 and the Non-Resident Junior Gold Champion title in Doubles with a 94/100. His consistent performance led to the Non-Resident High All Around (HAA) Champion title with a score of 389/400.
John Davis also attended the Virginia State Shoot wowing people shooting his signature Parker SxS. He won trophies in the preliminary rounds in Singles shooting 97/100 in Event 1 and 99/100 in Event 7.
