The Georgia Amateur Trapshooting Association invites you to "Give it a Shot"  by visiting any of our fine clubs.  Trapshooting is fun, competitive and virtually anyone can participate in this great sport. The annual membership fee for the target year is only $20 for adults, $12 for Juniors and Sub Juniors.  For more information on joining the Amateur Trapshooting Association and shooting registered trap, visit any of the clubs listed on the Clubs Page or go directly to the Amateur Trapshooting Association's website.

Please note that there has been a date change for the May shoot at TLSG.  Instead of May 19th, the shoot date has been moved to May 26th.

 The 2012 Georgia State Trapshoot is now history and it was a record shoot!  We threw a Georgia record 161,800 targets over the course of the 4 day match.  Scores were great (there was a 100 in handicap from the 26) and it was a troublefree and weather friendly week.  For a recap of scores, click on this link.

Pre-squadding is now available for the  Southern Zone - Satellite  (Savannah, GA location ONLY), as of today, March 5, 2012.  This is a great way to ensure desired squads & squad mates.  Visit www.presquad.com  and search for shoots in July, followed by GA.  As soon as the program is available, it will be posted online.

Both South River Gun Club and Cherokee Gun Club are using Presquad.com now for

 squadding at their monthly trapshoots!  Please use this service to squad for their

 shoots, it is free, as neither club is charging anything for this service.  This should

 eleviate some of the long lines that shooters experience on the morning of the match!
